EDM Conventional (Sinking) and Wire
EDM capabilities enables us to perform operations that are not otherwise achievable in conventional machining practices. We have both conventional or sinking capabilities as well as wire EDM in house. We also have the ability to EDM utilizing an Erowa robotic system with multi pallet and tooling changing capabilities. Utilizing this technology, we have the ability to run 24 hours per day,7 days a week some of which is unmanned or lights-out machining. Some of the materials we process are Titanium, Aluminum, Stainless, and various Nickel grades (to name a few).
